Hike the Heights brings you an Earth Day Hike + Bike

Join the Earth Day Hike & Bike in Uptown Manhattan on Sunday April 22nd. 

Hike the Heights is adding additional hikes, and the first one is to celebrate Earth Day, with optional stretch class at the finish. AND for the first time ever, biking is an option, thanks to our partner, Uptown & Boogie Bicycle Advocacy. All ages and fitness levels are welcome, and you can do only a portion and leave the hike at any time. Or, just join us for the Green Gym stretch class 1-1:30pm thanks to our partner Nancy Bruning's Nancercize. Be sure to dress appropriately and bring your own water.

Here are the details:
Hike up to 5 miles through spectacular hilly parks! 
Hikers meet at the RING Garden, 1835 Riverside Drive (at Broadway & Dyckman). We will depart at 10AM and arrive in Morningside Park at 1 PM for a 30-minute Green Gym stretch class.

Bike safely up to 10 miles through lively streets!
Riders meet at Citi Bike station at Morningside Ave & W. 123 St. at 9 AM. If you don't have a bike, free Citi Bikes will be available on first-come, first-served basis.
o Personal bikes are welcome!!!
o No bike? No problem! Get a FREE Citi Bike! 
o The bike age is 18+
